If you're playing on the newest version; the Transcendent Orb was removed as well as the Scribing Tools of Thoth and the Infinity enchantment. It doesn't knock my screen around like the other orbs. All profit from The Nightmare comes from the unique drops, whereby the staff, mace and armour table has a ~1/85 chance to roll per kill, and the orb table a 1/320 chance per kill. If I die with it, I cant respawn, only return to the main menu.
